Wetsuit sizing is based primarily on your height and weight. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a more competitive, streamlined fit.
What is your return policy on bikes and high-end equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. For bicycles, a 15% restocking fee may apply if the bike has been assembled or ridden. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy gear?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates for bulky items like indoor trainers and bike cases are calculated at checkout based on your location and the package dimensions.
How can I track my order?

Are the products covered by a warranty?
All products sold at The Triathlon Store are 100% authentic and covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a defect, we will assist you in coordinating the warranty claim with the brand.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
